What happens if I have made the wrong size?
We always recommend checking the garment measurement tables and in case of doubt write an email to the address email@example.com. In the event that you need to change the size of a garment, you must pay the full amount of the freight.
How I can keep track of my order?
All shipments have a tracking number with which you can check the status of the order. When it is shipped and we process it, you receive an email with all the information about the transport company and the tracking number. If you have not received it, please contact us and we will provide it.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Sorry, we currently do not ship to the Canary Islands.
What happens if my product is defective?
If upon receipt of your purchase you detect that any of the products is defective, you must contact us in less than 5 business days after receiving the order to change the garment. In this case, shipping costs will not be charged.
I have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email.
Check your spam tray. In the event that you are not there either, write to us so that we can check that the order has been completed correctly. Once we process the order and send it, you receive an email with all the information about the transport.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship twice a week (unless there is any incident with logistics). For domestic shipments, the term is usually between 2 and 7 working days. International shipments with customs usually take a little longer.
How should I take care of my clothes?
Please, we recommend that you treat the garments with the utmost delicacy. Some of them are made of 120gm organic cotton or have embroidered letters. We recommend that you wash them by hand in cold water whenever possible. Do not use dry clean or tumble dry.
